Authentic, Less Americanized Tom Yum Noodle Soup!

It’s been raining for days here in Carlisle. Cold and rainy weather always makes me crave for something warm and comforting. This time my friends and I went to Thai Cuisine and found this amazing noodle soup, Tom Yum!

This Thai hot&sour lime soup with prawns, tofu, bean sprouts, chili paste, ground peanut and flat rice noodles will warm you up from the inside. Half the group ordered this soup. It’s not the typical tum yum soup you get as a side at the traditional Thai restaurants, it’s different. It has noodles, tons of flavour, shrimps and tofu. Very filling for its price too($11).

I’m really glad I found this soup here. It’s going to be my rainy day food. I just checked the weather and we have thunderstorms in our forecast. So.. Yayy! I’m definitely coming back again for another Tom Yum Noodle Soup!
