Soo’s Miso Soup

One of the biggest cons of living away from home is that you don’t get to have your mamas food. I think I say this all they time that I often have bad late night cravings for my home food. Miso soup is one of them. It is classic comfort food I grew up with.

Here is the recipe. Very simple!

  1. Put the soy bean past in the boiling water. You could put as much as you want based on ur preference.(add some chili flakes if you like it spicy!)
  2. Add whatever vegetables or meat you want! (I put some zucchini, onion, shiitake mushrooms, and red peppers) and boil them for 2-3 mins.
  3. Then put tofu and boil for a further about 1 minute.

I had this soup with white sticky rice I got from this asian grocery market next to Korealicious restaurant. It was so good you guys should all try this!
