One of the biggest cons of living away from home is that you don’t get to have your mamas food. I think I say this all they time that I often have bad late night cravings for my home food. Miso soup is one of them. It is classic comfort food I grew up with.
Here is the recipe. Very simple!
- Put the soy bean past in the boiling water. You could put as much as you want based on ur preference.(add some chili flakes if you like it spicy!)
- Add whatever vegetables or meat you want! (I put some zucchini, onion, shiitake mushrooms, and red peppers) and boil them for 2-3 mins.
- Then put tofu and boil for a further about 1 minute.
I had this soup with white sticky rice I got from this asian grocery market next to Korealicious restaurant. It was so good you guys should all try this!
