Issei’s scrumptious spicy chicken salad

Whenever I go to Issei Noodles in Carlisle, I never know what to order even though I have been there so many times. It is always exceptionally delicious, but because I have such food jealousy, I know I have to pick correctly. I picked wisely of course and went for their spicy chicken ginger salad, or number 12 as they have it on their menu!

This dish is a great mixture, of slightly spicy and has the healthy aspect of the salad, making me feel better. I do tend to add some more spice and a touch of soy sauce because I’m a spice fanatic, but this meal tastes beyond delicious on its own. Normally one could not eat this whole noodle salad on its own, but I definitely do, and I always leave extra full, but still craving dessert – such a classic foodie act.

Despite the large size of the meal, and the fact that it is served very quickly, within 10 – 15 minutes if you are in a small group, this dish only costs $9! Perfect for the bank account of a broke college student. And to top it off, if you pay in cash at Issei Noodles, you can receive a loyalty card and get the fifteenth meal free. I am not ashamed to say that I have had many fifteenth meals free because I love Issei, and you would too!
