This is my favorite way to prep a quick dinner. It literally takes five minutes seriously. It is also one of the first Korean food I learned to make for myself as a college student. It is a very flavorful and filling dish.
Ingredients
- Leftover white rice
- Any vegetables (I put some asparagus, onions, spinach, mushrooms, chopped garlic, and turnips)
- Kimchi
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Chili powder or chili paste (Depends on how spicy you like your food to be)
- eggs(I didn’t put them because I ran out of them but you should definitely put some)
Stir all the veggies in sesame oil, soy sauce and kimchi. If you want to upgrade your meal with some protein, cut up some tofu too!
Simple dishes are the best. If you don’t feel like a lot of cooking, you should try this recipe!
